The Usui System of Natural Healing known to us as Reiki [or Usui Reiki] is a Japanese method of energy work. Reiki is also the easiest organized way to learn how energy works, making a person aware of the power of their focus. There are several Reiki systems: Usui Reiki, Tibetan Reiki, Karuna Reiki, maybe more. To my knowledge, all the Reiki systems involve a ritual referred to as ‘Initiation’ or ‘Attunement', a method of transferring an awareness from the teacher to the student, speeding up the learning process.
Usui Reiki can be learned in one weekend. Other energy learning like Qi Gong requires a lifetime of training to master energy.
Situated in a tranquil and private setting, the Reiki Training Centre of Canada offers a comfortable and casual atmosphere in which to train. Anny spends quality time working with each student and the class to ensure that they understand and are confident with the knowledge. Through instruction, hands on demonstrations, and supervised practice, each student grows in understanding and confidence. Since its inception in 1995, the centre has attracted students from around the globe to its comprehensive and insightful training.
Reiki is energy work and as such the institute offers an environment of positive and nurturing energy to immerse yourself in. If you’ve been looking for “the” place to learn Reiki or advance your training to Master/Teacher, then you’ve found the right place!
